About Keith Strachan
K.A.S Bathrooms is owned and operated by Keith Strachan.
Keith began his building apprenticeship at the age of 16 and has been a Licenced Builder for over 30 years. He holds a current Builder's Licence for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Laundry installations (and proudly has NO Disciplinary Records against his name).
K.A.S Bathrooms and Keith pride every component of their work to be completed to an exceptional standard at all times.
K.A.S Bathrooms engage the same team of sub-contractor tradesmen from project to project because of their exceptional work produced. These licenced tradesmen have been chosen carefully and we have full confidence in them that they have the necessary experience and skills required to ensure your project runs smoothly.
Like Keith's attention to detail, he expects the same high standard of workmanship from his sub-contractors.
About our team
K.A.S Bathrooms will endeavour to have your bathroom completed within a 2 week period (subject to all fixtures and fittings being chosen by you and being available on site), however sometimes unforeseen delays may occur.
Keith Strachan will be on-site regularly, during the project, to oversee that all components of the project (from the waterproofing to the final clean) are completed correctly to meet the Australian Standards and in accordance with the latest Building Industry Codes.
All workmanship is guaranteed and we will provide you with updates throughout the whole process.
